After the 90-day probationary period is completed, there are 6 recognized days at $100.00 per holiday.

INSURANCE
Life, health, and dental insurance for employee and family, cost shared with TDC.
401K PENSION PLAN
401K Pension Plan supported by TDC.
FLATBED PAY
The driver will receive $25.00 for each flatbed load.
DROP PAY
The driver will receive $10.00 for each drop and will receive $10.00 for each pickup, excluding origin and destination.
STANDARD TARP PAY
The driver will receive $20.00 for each load that he or she tarps that requires tarping.
EXTRA TARP PAY
The driver will receive $45.00 for each double deck load of rolled roofing that he or she tarps that requires tarping.
PAID DRIVER LOAD OR UNLOAD
Amount depends on time and circumstances.TDC's basic policy states - "drivers will assist if necessary; however we prefer drivers to rest than load or unload."
OVER DIMENSIONAL LOADS
Company drivers will receive $25.00 extra per load.
After one year of service (and starting in the months of January and July) TDC employees are eligible to save money in a 401K.
TDC
matches 25% of what the employee puts in (up to 4% of your earnings).
That is already a 25% return on your money.
For example: If you put $1.00 in the 401K, then TDC will put in
$0.25.
