Take Advantage of the TDC savings program!

TDC has partnered with Great Plains Federal Credit Union to offer you a convenient way to save money. Start your 'rainy day', vacation, Christmas or emergency fund with as little as $25.00, and decide how much you want to add to it weekly. Any amount you choose can be withheld from your paycheck and it will be deposited weekly to your savings fund. This way you will never be tempted to spend what you're wanting to save. You can access your account at any time using a touch tone phone or via the internet. If you desire, you can also have checks to access your account. To take advantage of this opportunity, stop by the personnel department and complete an enrollment form.

ATTENTION DRIVERS Your envelopes must be turned in by Monday in order for payroll to process for payment. If turning in at one of our outlying terminals, they have to be in before Monday at noon. If you are unable to get to a terminal - mail it Friday or Saturday via U.S. Priority Mail for $4.60 (you will be reimbursed for this).

Remember to write the trip number on ALL toll and scale receipts and bills of lading so that you will receive proper pay on your checks. Thank you! - Payroll Department

COMCHECK REMINDER

Just a reminder that the Payroll Department needs a receipt to document how every Comchek was spent. Without a receipt showing otherwise, a Comchek is considered an advance to the driver. If for some reason you do not get a receipt, you should contact the shop (if the check was for repairs, tires, etc.), your driver manager (if the check was for a lumper, tolls, etc.) or payroll the same day. Waiting until payroll contacts you three weeks later, asking for a receipt, when no one can remember the details, just won't work.
